The championship golf course highlights the beauty of South Carolina’s Lowcountry and was voted one of the “Best Courses You Can Play” in South Carolina and was host to the Nike and Buy.com tours from 1989 – 2000 which includes winners Lee Janzen and Charlie Rymer. Guests enjoy picturesque fairways and large greens that are set amongst scenic lakes and beautiful dogwoods, azaleas and more. Previously only open to members and their guests, The Country Club of South Carolina is now entertaining limited non-member play. Members of The Country Club of South Carolina enjoy a host of great amenities, such as our swimming pool perfect for beating the summer heat. We also offers six fully lighted clay tennis courts, workout facilities, and a variety of dining venues for both casual and fine dining. The Clubhouse with its old southern charm offers both casual and fine dining opportunities with Dufferes Bar and Grill, The Grill Room, and the ballroom. We have the perfect venue for wedding receptions, corporate business meetings, private parties, holiday events, golf outings, or just a casual dinner on the outdoor pavilion while enjoying a mountain sunset.
