Due to Coronavirus complications in conducting business , The Golf Desk is going to the following Temporary policy:
All refunds on existing booked trips will be refunded in the form of credit on future travel getaways. This credit does not expire and does not have a window of which it has to be used! This is the best way for you and your group to not incur any fees!
Any reservations involving the Legends
7 days for any tee time cancellations and 14 days on the accommodations

The Myrtle Beach Golf Desk – in the interest of best serving our clients we have the following policies in place.
Cancelling a trip prior to arrival and the 21 day advance full payment window – will incur:
$35 flat cancellation fee for all members of the scheduled outing
Cancellation within the 21 day final payment window;
Could incur first nights’ accommodations rate. Rare but can happen – so please give as much advance notice as you can.
$10 per round per person if the cancellation is made inside of 72 hour booking window – Again rare but can happen
We at the Golf Desk are not in the business of charging unnecessary fees – we will use our weight and strength in the golf community to alleviate you and us of these imposed last minute fees from Accommodations providers and golf courses. So thanks for trusting us to get YOU the best outcome when it comes to the unfortunate cancelling of outings. We did a great job taking care of our guests this year of 2020 with the pandemic and all the confusion – there are ways to avoid charges and fees completely. Contact your golf director on these rescheduling and options in the event of cancellation.

Myrtle Beach Golf Desk
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS:
An initial deposit of $100 per person is required to confirm a reservation. All Payments must be made payable to Masterscore, INC. Checks should be mailed to “The Golf Desk”, P.O Box 1479 Murrells Inlet, South Carolina 29576. Personal Checks are accepted up to twenty – one days prior to arrival. Final Payment is due 21 days prior to arrival. For reservations made within 21 days of travel, full payment is required at time of booking.
Upon your arrival if there is a problem with you unit, you must immediately notify the front desk. If you need assistance please feel free to call 843.446.2769 and someone from our office will respond promptly. Golf Courses: Golfers should arrive at the course a minimum of 20 minutes prior to starting time. The course may refuse to permit late arrivals to play. Inclement weather refunds are only made when the course is CLOSED. In case of inclement weather, it is your responsibility to call the course to check the status of play. If the course remains open but agrees to issue you Rain – Checks, the checks must be picked up by you on the day of play. If rain checks are issued, no refund can be issued by The Golf Desk. Proper attire is always expected at the courses. Refusing to permit a person to play for any reason is solely at the discretion of the course. Soft spikes are required at all courses. Many courses restrict the use of personal coolers.
The Golf Desk assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasional either by reason of defect, through acts of God, war, fire, breakdown in machinery, riots, strikes or from any causes beyond the control of The Golf Desk. This includes HOOKS and SLICES.
